Autoallee BMW is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our dynamic team. As the HR & Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions and administrative operations for our dealership. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, and onboarding, ensuring the dealership attracts and retains top talent
• Conduct employee orientation programs and training sessions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, and monthly government remittances
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.

2. Administrative Operations:
• Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure a seamless work environment
• Oversee building maintenance and coordination of installation of EV chargers to clients
• Implement and maintain effective record-keeping systems

3. Employee Engagement:
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and feedback

4. Compliance and Legal:
• Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance
• Handle employee relation matters professionally and confidentially
• Prepare and submit reports on HR and Administrative activities as required
• Provide regular updates on administrative operations and recommend improvements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR & Admin Manager
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
