Position Overview:
We are seeking a Flex Part-Time (probationary) HR Administrator with a passion for sustainable HR practices to join our team on a probationary basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing initiatives that promote environmental and social sustainability within our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Policy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop HR policies and procedures that align with our commitment to sustainability.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Implement sustainable recruitment strategies to attract candidates who share our values and ethos.
3. Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are educated on our sustainability initiatives and practices.
4. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to educate employees on sustainable practices and promote continuous learning.
5. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by incorporating sustainability goals and metrics into employee evaluations.
6. Employee Engagement: Organize sustainability-focused events and activities to foster a culture of environmental and social responsibility.
7. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to sustainability initiatives, providing insights to inform decision-making.
8. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to sustainability and ensure compliance within the organization.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sustainability, or a related field.
– Proven experience (5-10 years) in HR administration, with a focus on sustainability.
– Strong understanding of sustainable HR practices and principles.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
