Human Power, a leading HR service provider, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised HR Admin Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR administrative support and exceptional HR Help Desk services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
• HR Help Desk Support:
• Operate our Ticket Support System (Zendesk) to efficiently manage and respond to staff inquiries.
• Provide timely and accurate HR support to address employee queries submitted via the ticketing system.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalised service – Templates are provided but to be further customised to present as more personal to client employees & stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures relevant to each client. High attention to detail and the ability to jump between different clients from different industries will be essential for the role.
• HR Administrative Tasks:
• Draft HR letters and communication to client staff & management.
• Develop employment contracts and assist with employment-related issues.
• Support performance management processes.
• Support recruitment efforts by developing relevant documents required for the recruitment campaign, communicating with candidates, assessing candidates against selection criteria, developing job advertisements under the direction of the HR Support Lead.
• Manage client HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in recruitment tasks, if required by the client.
• Marketing and Social Media Duties:
• Create marketing content to promote Human Power services.
• Manage the posting schedule to social media platforms.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients on social media channels.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field preferred – Alternatively extensive relevant experience. • Proven experience in HR administration and support roles. • Knowledge of HR policies, Australian employment laws, and best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Australian English) and outstanding interpersonal skills. • High level of attention to detail, particularly due to the volume of critical workplace documentation. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in using HR software and ticketing systems.

• MS Office Suite – Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
