Are you proactive and detail-oriented individual with a knack for both hiring and administrative tasks? We’re looking for an experienced HR & Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll not only handle crucial aspects of our hiring process but also provide essential virtual assistant support to our growing business.

About Us – We are a small but growing company that focuses on not only recruiting the perfect virtual assistants for our clients but also setting up the systems and processes to support them. It’s our mission to improve the lives of both our clients AND the virtual assistants that we hire. Our team is laid back and friendly, but we also have big goals, so we work hard.

This role will require someone who is meticulous, driven, and willing to offer feedback and suggestions on ways we can enhance our programs. We value team member input and ideas, so we are looking for someone who is more than a box checker but can also bring improvements to the table. This position is part-time with the potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting initial candidate screenings and coordinating interviews.
-Streamline the recruitment process, maintain candidate records, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
– Handle general virtual assistant tasks, such as managing emails, maintaining files and organizing calendars.
-Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
– Basic Graphic Design
-Other Ad Hoc Duties as needed

Requirements:

-Fluency in both English and Filipino, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
-Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to human resources tasks.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
-Proficiency in Google Suite
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
-Experience in providing virtual assistant support.
