Job Summary:

We are looking for an awesome HR Administrator with ideally social media and leadership skills to join our team.

We need someone who is bubbly, confident and possesses leadership skills who I can trust to be my right hand.

The Role:

-Your role will be integral to the Business Development Manager, as you will become my right hand.

-I am looking for someone who is very organised, quick with their emails, able to work on weekends if needed.

-Excellent with organisation and project management skills

-Excellent Canva knowledge

-Would be great if you understood funnel management/ lead generation -not a necessity-

-Willingness to learn, has a growth mindset, trustworthy, hardworking

-Advanced knowledge in google (google drive, tasks, calendar ect…)

-Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate

– Social media skills is a bonus

-Above all, you are a very high energy enthusiastic person, so would love to work with someone that shares the same energy

Your Responsibilities : (as an HR Administrator will include)

-Excellent Project Management/ Organisation skills

– Recruit Staff, place ads on job sites, interview candidates

– Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
– Managing a company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings
– Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
– Managing and training the Staff
– Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and performance
– Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
– Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
– Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

— Proficient in the use of Google. Workspace, including Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and standard keyboard skills

– A good eye for detail and data quality

-We would work very closely together and therefore this role would be part-time with a progression into full time. Should we be compatible, there will be a long term opportunity for you! ????
