Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Client Relations Assistant to join our team. This role combines human resources functions with client relations duties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both employees and clients. The HR and Client Relations Assistant will support various HR activities, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure that all processes align with our core values and long-term goals

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a welcoming and seamless integration into the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist with employee relations, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Support HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive, inclusive, and empowering work environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
Client Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Assist in the coordination of client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Gather client feedback and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
Support the development and execution of client engagement strategies.
Assist in preparing and sending client communications, including updates, newsletters, and service reports.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in HR, client relations, or a combined role is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/HR software.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and respectful workplace.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
