With an in-house digital marketing team and a dedicated call center staff, we ensure seamless lead generation and client interaction.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time HR and Head Hunter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment and HR management, with a proven track record of building and nurturing teams. The role is based in our office and requires dedication to sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various positions within the company. This includes sourcing candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and other creative methods.

Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening of potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.

Team Building: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and create hiring plans accordingly. Collaborate with management to define job descriptions, salary ranges, and other recruitment parameters.

Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and introduction to company policies and procedures. Coordinate training programs to support employee development and integration into the team.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing issues promptly and effectively.

HR Administration: Manage HR administrative tasks, including employee records management, payroll processing (if experienced), benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Develop strategies for performance improvement and recognition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in recruitment and HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and selection methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues at all levels.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Familiarity with HR software and systems for recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Experience in accounting and payroll management is advantageous but not mandatory.
