Our company is based in United States. We are the largest virtual accounting firm for small businesses within the US and We love to work with Filipino talents as we make our expansion.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Operations Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR and Operations Manager, assisting in various tasks related to personnel management, operations, and administrative functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

HR Support:
-Maintain records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
-Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation procedures.
-Support HR initiatives such as training programs, performance evaluations, engagement and HR relations activities.
-Assist with the weekly processing of payroll payments for a rapidly growing team of contractors.
-Help with HR-related paperwork and documentation and other ad hoc tasks.

Operations Support:
-Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager, including maintaining reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
-Support event planning and coordination for company-wide activities or meetings virtually or in-person.
-Conduct weekly or bi-weekly sync meetings with remote contractors for each role – tax accountants, bookkeepers & payroll specialists, Client Care, Enterprise and Tax Admin Support. Establish strong alignment between 1-800Accountant US office and the remote contractors.
-Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the offshore team and other ad hoc tasks/functions that may be assigned by the HR and Operations Manager as per business requirements. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirements of your position and our business.
-Data Management:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR and operational databases.
-Compile and generate reports as requested by management, utilizing HR and operational data.
-Assist in analyzing data to identify trends or areas for improvement in HR and operational processes.

Qualifications:
’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.

experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or Operations.

3. Proficient computer skills, including experience with G Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.

5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in handling sensitive information.

6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling HR-related matters.

8. People-oriented, reliable and can work independently

What days/hours will I work?

• Monday – Friday
• 7AM – 3 PM EST
