HR and Operations Manager (Cryptocurrency Marketing Agency)

Position Overview: The HR and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources and operational functions of this well established Digital Marketing Agency with a strong Focus on Cryptocurrency marketing campaigns and projects. The Agency is based in Dubai and USA, with a full back office staff support in the Philippines. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organizational practices align with our business goals and industry standards, and the team’s cohesiveness and performance can be solidified in the Philippines, to become a strong and high functioning team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR and operations, with strong market knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, NFT’s and other alternative assets. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple priorities and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related issues.
-Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
-Create and implement effective training and development programs.
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Operations
-Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
-Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
-Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
-Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
-Ensure all operations comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
-Support the company’s strategic alliances and partnership initiatives.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and operations management, with at least 2 years in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
-Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
-Proven ability to develop and implement HR and operational strategies that align with business goals.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as general office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
