As a Recruiter and HR professional, you will play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and supporting top talent within our organization. We are USA based Remote staffing company with with our staff working from India and Philippines. We have our client base in USA,UK and expertise in both recruitment and human resources will enable you to effectively manage the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, Training, development, and retention.
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with the organizations long-term goals and talent requirements.
Candidate Assessment: Utilize advanced evaluation methods, including behavioral interviews, and competency-based evaluations, to thoroughly assess and select top-level candidates.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with potential candidates, industry leaders, and executive networks to build a robust talent pipeline and promote the organization’s employer brand.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks to provide valuable insights and recommendations to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers and senior executives to understand their talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment between business objectives and recruitment efforts.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain the utmost confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and organizational information, while adhering to relevant employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns, providing guidance, and fostering positive employee relations.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Employee Development: Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive work culture.
HR Administration: Handle various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HRIS systems, and processing employee changes and benefits.
Compliance: Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization’s practices align with legal requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR and recruiter, preferably in a BPO or Staffing Solutions company.
In-depth knowledge of talent search methodologies, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and negotiation practices.
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and dynamics related to executive recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive candidate discussions.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully identifying and securing high-level talent.
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex recruitment challenges and overcome obstacles.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidate searches simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for talent acquisition, staying ahead of industry trends, and continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve recruitment practices.
Experience with HR policies and procedures development and implementation.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address employee relations issues effectively.
Proactive and adaptable, with a customer-service mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
