Job Summary:
Supporting our HR restructuring, the HR Assistant role involves meticulous organization of files, record-keeping, and confidentiality management. Responsibilities include updating contractor databases, handling HR processes like attendance tracking, and ensuring a seamless onboarding/offboarding experience. The HR Assistant also administers contractors’ benefits programs and addresses related inquiries, allowing supervisors to concentrate on overarching objectives.
Job Description:
* Organize and maintain HR files, records, and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and confidentiality.
* Update and maintain contractor databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Assist in managing contractor records related to attendance, leaves, and other HR processes.
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Assist in offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
* Provide support in administering contractors’ benefits programs.
* Assist contractors with benefits-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
* Must be a bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
* At least 1 to 2 years of HR assistant experience
* Must be good with Google Docs, Slide, and most importantly, Google Sheets and the use of simple codes to get data
* Must be proactive, ready to take initiative and drive positive outcomes
* Demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
* Must effectively adapt to the dynamic and evolving demands of the People & Culture
* Must demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges within the role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make real-time decisions
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
* Available for full-time (40 hrs/week) during scheduled business hours
