**Key Responsibilities**:
– Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
– Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
– Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
– Coordinate and assist with training and development programs.
– Help in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
– Support the HR Manager in various projects and initiatives.
– Create and Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Prepare HR-related reports and presentations.
– Be responsible for organising our HR employees and sub-contractors folders/filing system.
**Qualifications**:
– Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
– Understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
