POSITION: HR Assistant

– To Start Part-Time (with the potential to turn into a Full Time Role)
– Salary: $5/Hour
– Willing to work during EST Hours
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for:
– Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels.
– Reviewing resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
– Assisting in conducting preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
– Coordinating and scheduling interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities.
– Conducting reference checks and verifying employment histories.
– Supporting the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation.
– Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and providing administrative support.
– Collaborating with team members to continuously improve and streamline recruitment and HR processes.
– Upholding confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions and tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
– Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
