ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Respond to all internal and external human resource-related inquiries, complaints,
concerns, or requests, and refer more complex matters to the Owner.
? Serve as the primary point of contact for the payroll team and ensure the accuracy of all
communicated payroll data and adjustments from employees for weekly processing.
? Administer employee health and benefits plans, including but not limited to,
communicating benefits information to employees, serving as the point person for
employee questions, processing enrollments, changes, terminations, and benefit-related
reports, overseeing open enrollment, and managing leaves.
? Oversee new employee orientation, onboarding as well as off-boarding.
? Assist in the implementation and enforcement of human resources and organizational
guidelines, policies, and procedures.
? Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date human resource files, records, and
documentation in accordance with legal requirements and conduct periodic audits of
human resource files, records, and documentation.
? Provide support to the operations team by completing data entry tasks, coordinating
meetings, and performing other duties as needed.
? Create, update, maintain, and distribute human resource communications and
documents.
? Support performance management processes and procedures
? Assist with external human resource audits and ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
? Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and
regulations.
? Reports, maintains and monitors all workers’ compensation case files; follows up on
open cases.
? Assist with recruitment efforts.
? Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
? Fluent in English.

? Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual communication tools.
? Proficient with all Microsoft suite applications (especially Word, and Excel).
? Demonstrated results in providing exceptional customer service.
