Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 12am-9 am Philippines standard time (8 am-5 pm Pacific standard time)

Probation: 3 months.

Salary: Php 33, 000 – Php 45, 000 per month.

HR Associate/Admin Assistant E1 Level – Php 33,000 per month
HR Associate/Admin Assistant E2 Level – Php 36,000 per month
HR Associate/Admin Assistant E3 Level – Php 39,000 per month
HR Associate/Admin Assistant E4 Level – Php 45,000 per month
Note 1: Senior requires at least 18 months with the company

Paid 3 days of Sick leave, 4 days of vacation leave, and 6 days holiday based on CA holiday

We are a trucking company based in Rowland Heights, California, USA. We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant / HR Associate working remotely (strong preference for those living in the Manila metro area) to perform a variety of administrative, HR, and clerical tasks. The job entails supporting in various functions such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. Other functions include maintaining employee files and records, managing HR databases, administering employee benefits, and providing HR-related support to management and employees. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Must show keen attention to detail, be able to multitask, have good organizational skills, and must be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

– Recruitment and selection – responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates for open positions within the company.
– Onboarding and orientation – responsible for ensuring new employees are properly onboarded and oriented to their new roles.
– Employee relations – responsible for promoting a positive work environment and handling employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
– Benefits administration – responsible for administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
– Payroll processing – responsible for processing payroll and ensuring accurate payment to employees.
– Compliance – responsible for ensuring the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
– HR information systems – responsible for maintaining and updating HR databases and systems to ensure accurate HR records and data.
– Performance management – responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and promote continuous improvement.
– HR policy development and implementation – responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
– Arrange personnel file and daily driver paperwork
– Maintain office policies and procedures
– Research new methods, and document new procedures
– Inventory control, order office supplies, and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintaining company employee KPI and driving performance score
– Provide general support to CEO, office employees, and visitor
– Check driver clock in/out
– Post hiring requirement on job site

Skills

– Proven experience as an administrative assistant and HR associate
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
– Excellent time management skills and ability to organize work and prioritize tasks.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to multi-task

Your performance will be evaluated each month, and pay will be adjusted each month if your performance is meeting expectations during the first 6 months.
