We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR function in the Philippines. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for organizing the full cycle of personnel management.

Responsibilities:

Organize the full cycle of personnel management.
Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives and foster senior management collaboration.
Devise and implement successful recruitment strategies.
Analyze the local labor market and give recommendations on local factors that affect employee expectations and decisions.
Develop employee engagement strategy.
Enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Manage employee turnover and build a talent pipeline.
Delve deep into the matters of interpersonal communication and maintaining psychological comfort in the team.
Conduct surveys and work with personnel according to local specificities.
Make data-based decisions according to gathered feedback, such as survey results.
Participate in new employee onboarding, oversee and track their progress.
Take part in other HR projects and company-wide projects as needed.
Arrange corporate events to foster team cohesion taking both local and international holidays into account.
Manage budget.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Ready to be present in the office several days per week.
3+ years of experience in a position that involves a supervisory capacity in human resources with emphasis on employee relations, preferably in startups and IT companies.
Strong understanding of HR principles and techniques.
High resourcefulness, creativity, and an analytical mindset.
Excellent command of the English language for effective communication.
Charisma and strong soft skills.
Experience in handling administrative matters.
