What’s the role?
This is a “client-facing” role providing HR support to multiple small businesses. We offer HR outsourcing solutions to small businesses and benefits to our clients through a PEO. You will be working with clients daily and will be expected to learn and follow our customer service best practices.
Responsibilities include:
-Administering HR diagnostic meetings and processes.
-Answering employer HR questions.
-Working well with the payroll and benefits team to ensure employee info is accurate and up to date.
-Putting together HR action plans to execute with employers.
-Assisting with setting up and maintaining HRIS for employers.
-Staying up to date with latest HR regulations and trends.
-Assist with improving workflows and automation.
-Providing general HR support to clients.
-Assisting with tasks ranging from hiring recommendations to assisting with terminations.

-Is this job remote or in-office? This role is remote. You must have demonstrated experience and success working remotely.
-Do you offer training? Yes! But, we are looking for an experienced HR specialist with broad HR experience. We will train you how to do things the way we do them but you must have existing HR and benefits knowledge.
-What is the growth potential? We plan to more than double in size over the next two years. We will have several opportunities for growth including leadership roles, more responsibility (with more income), and opportunities to change departments.
-Is the role hourly or salaried? We start all of our teammates hourly. Why? So you have work/life balance! We have found the only way to stop people from overworking is to stop them from working more than 40 hours a week. We want you to move on when the day is over.
