Overview:

We are seeking a qualified HR Consultant to consult in optimizing our day-to-day HR processes, including recruitment, and implementing strategic HR plans and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of human resource management, with a strong background in consulting and hands-on experience in resolving HR issues. We are looking for strategic thinkers and problem-solvers who excel in communication and have a track record of maximizing HR value.

Responsibilities:

• Advising management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures, such as performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and legal compliance.
• Serving as internal consultant by analyzing the current HR programs and practices, identifying issues and gaps, and recommending solutions that align with the organizational strategy and culture.
• Developing revising and implementing HR policies and procedures that are consistent with best practices and industry standards, as well as ensuring that they are communicated and documented properly.
• Helping the HR department deal with various tasks, such as recruitment, training, development, retention, succession planning, employee engagement, and employee satisfaction.
• Initiating leading HR projects that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function, such as implementing new technology, conducting surveys and audits, developing metrics and reports, and evaluating outcomes.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the human resources field, as well as maintaining professional knowledge and skills through continuous learning and networking.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HR consultant or similar
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Payroll, and HR management software.
• Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
• Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to protect the interests of company employees.
• Preferably have experienced using recruitment platforms like indeed etc.
