Archive automates away the annoying parts of community management and digital marketing operations. Archive unifies the social and content creation activity of your customers across TikTok and Instagram, and joins/integrates this community data with your existing customer data platforms to help you create delightful digital buying experiences and brand moments:
1. Archive App automatically saves all tagged content, including ephemeral Instagram Stories & TikTok, and facilitates usage rights, analytics, and content re-purposing.
2. For technical merchants, our API & community CDP enables you to automate a myriad of advanced community management operations.
Over 2000+ innovative brands like Four Sigmatic, Olipop, MUD\WTR, Parade, and Magic Spoon use our software to automate community more cost-effectively, and we’re backed by top investors like Stripe, Tiger, Battery Ventures, etc. (See Techcrunch).
About the Role
– Looking for smart, dynamic & passionate people who can share a fresh perspective.
– Make Archive operate as effectively as possible.
– Help out on behind-the-scenes initiatives such as documentation, continued education and internal organisation.
What Excites You?
Draft external and internal content/communications.
Work with the company’s executive leadership team.
Organize & refine company social events.

Bring best practices to build & evolve internal and external workflows.
Represent the company in external calls.
Basic Qualifications
– Full-time remote worker based in the Philippines.
– Minimum internet and system requirements (Internet: ? 15 mbps or higher, Processor: ? Intel i5, Peripherals: Dedicated -webcam and headphones/earphones)
– Good English writing skills.
– Good English speaking skills.
– Experience organizing social events/gatherings.
– Strong ownership mentality & passion for general & admin work.
– Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
– Culture fit – curious, quick learner, grit, and growth mindset.
– Track record of confidentiality, trust, and integrity.
