Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR cum Admin Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing both human resources and administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee relations matters professionally, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Mediate and resolve conflicts, fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Work with managers to create career development plans for employees.
Performance Management:
Administer performance appraisal processes and provide support for goal setting and feedback.
Assist in implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Administration:
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
Travel and Accommodation:
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Manage travel-related documentation and expenses.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Vendor Management:
Liaise with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure the timely delivery of services.
Monitor and manage vendor relationships to optimize service quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in both HR and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
