Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Data Entry Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date contractor records, applicant database, sending of bulk emails and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Description
* Accurately enter and update HR files, including, but not limited to, Applicant Database, Contractor Masterlist and other relevant files and systems.
* Process and maintain HR-related documentation, such as contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and performance evaluations.
* Assist in auditing and reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
* Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including filing and organizing documents.
* Sending out of bulk emails to previous applications for outreach
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of information and timely data updates.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive contractor information.
* Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
* College Diploma diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.
* Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in an HR or similar environment.
* Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to suggest process improvements.
