Overview
LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides WordPress technical support for vendors, agencies and web site owners. We are just over 5 years old and have a medium-sized team that’s growing rapidly. Our startup has reached the point where we need to hire a superstar HR director to work as part of our leadership team. This particular role is a senior position and the successful candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company.
The ideal candidate has significant HR experience (5+ years) and is capable of leading, managing and taking accountability for the HR department for the company.

The Role
Leadership – As part of the leadership team you will be responsible for leading the HR department for the company and will be accountable directly to the CEO.
Compliance – You’ll ensure labor compliance and be responsible for all government reporting.
Management – You’ll be responsible for managing and leading a team of people that report directly to you. This includes making sure everyone is clear on their role and responsibilities and in alignment with company strategy.
Recruitment – You’ll be responsible for managing our recruitment team so that we’re sourcing and hiring the right people for our needs both internally and for client-facing roles.
Creating, optimizing and managing processes – You will be responsible for creating, developing and optimizing HR systems and policies for the company, some of which don’t currently exist, including:-
-workplace violations and disciplinary action
-employee rewards and recognition
-employee career development
-employee onboarding
-termination / resignation
-exit interviews
-employee contracts
-logging and approval of expenses
-attendance and requests for leave
Office management – when we move to our new headquarters, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the office.

Additional Information
This is a fully remote position in the short term and a hybrid position in the long term after we’ve set up our new office.
The working hours for this position is daytime Philippine time (PHT)

We offer a very competitive compensation package. Salary: Php100,000.00 – Php120,000.00 per month
