We are seeking a Human Resources Executive with a strong focus on talent acquisition and pipeline management. Your role will be pivotal in identifying and engaging top talent to ensure the continuous growth and effectiveness of our team. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline.
As a Human Resources Executive, you should be adept in various aspects of HR but with a specific prowess in recruitment and talent management. We expect a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to building a culture that aligns with the futuristic goals of blockchain gaming and Web3 projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Maintain and update a healthy pipeline of potential candidates for current and future staffing needs.
Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Attend job fairs and organize recruitment events to build a strong employer brand and attract top talent.
Implement new sourcing methods to expand recruitment outreach.
Review applications and interview candidates to assess soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Advocate for employee referral programs and other incentives that encourage tapping into personal networks for candidate sourcing.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management.
Proven experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively.
Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Typeform.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Knowledge of labor legislation and employment best practices.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
Interest or experience in blockchain technology and the play-to-earn sector is a plus.
Our team is based in Singapore and would prefer someone who is also based here, or at least in the same timezone (GMT+8).
