Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Remote HR Specialist to help us hire various roles within our organization, particularly focusing on remote/online workers in the Philippines or similar regions. This role is essential for building a strong and efficient team, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding our values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
Utilize creative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify potential candidates.
Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding. Ensure we get the best talent for the fairest rate.
Hiring Roles:
Listing on platforms like Viator, Klook, GetYourGuide, and Airbnb Experiences.
Sales/Customer support, reminding clients about reviews, etc.
Website experts using Wix.
Photo/Video editors.

VA/Calendar Team organization to match bookings with Swiss freelancers.
Bookkeeping and financials.
HR Management:
Keep team members accountable and ensure high performance.
Maintain open and honest communication, treating everyone as equals.

Provide support and availability, including occasional weekends if necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in remote HR, specifically hiring and managing remote workers.
Strong interviewing skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
Creative sourcing experience, particularly with LinkedIn or similar platforms.
Experience working with foreign small companies or solopreneurs, preferably in the US or similar markets.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in the Philippines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
