JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation, paperwork and ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture
Handling employee inquiries and addressing concerns
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems
Administering compensation and incentive programs while ensuring compliance with compensation guidelines
Assist with ensuring that company policies, procedures and practices are in accordance with employment laws and regulations, and maintaining up to date knowledge of HR related laws and trends
Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, preparing HR related reports
Handling various administrative tasks
Manage the separation process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth offboarding experience
Be open to receiving and actively encouraging feedback from employees, management, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement
Accurately calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions and other forms of compensation, considering attendance, leaves, overtime and other factors
Review and validate employee time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
Maintain accurate and up to date payroll records, including employee information, earnings and deductions
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to verify payroll accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Process payroll related paperwork for new hires and management payroll matters for employees leaving the company
Address employee inquiries related to payroll, resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
Keep up to date with changes in payroll regulations, laws and industry best practices to ensure compliance and improve payroll processes
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 years of proven experience in HR roles or relevant experience in a related field
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and HR best practices
Excellent English communication skills – both written and oral
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the company
Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in using various computer applications and software to efficiently perform HR tasks and maintain accurate records
Knowledge of payroll procedures
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed HR decisions
A high level of confidentiality and professionalism, as HR Generalists often deal with sensitive information
