Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to handle a variety of HR responsibilities, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance organizational skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in systems.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR roles, focusing on generalist responsibilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Discord, and Whatsapp
