The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and driving our HR initiatives forward. As the go-to person for all things HR, you’ll have the chance to:
Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across the organization, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience that sets them up for success from day one.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance, support, and resources to address HR-related issues and foster a positive work environment.
Drive HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement, improve processes, and support the overall growth and success of the organization.
The Ideal Candidate:
