Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, diverse, and talented people who will run the daily functions of the HR and office administration including planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating staff recruitment, and assisting in resolving disputes by advising on workplace matters.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2. At least one year of human resource management experience is preferred.

10. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
11. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
12. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management system, MYP.
13. MUST BE LOCATED IN PAMPANGA

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Recruitment and Selection:
– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
– Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates.
– Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
– Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.

2. Onboarding and Orientation:
– Coordinate new hire orientation programs to welcome and integrate new employees into the organization.
– Prepare new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and policy acknowledgments.
– Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
– Provide support and guidance to new employees during their onboarding process.

3. Employee Relations:
– Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
– Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances.
– Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
– Document and maintain records of employee relations activities and outcomes.

4. HR Administration:
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
– Process employee status changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
– Manage employee files and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
– Process Payroll and prepare reports and analyses on HR metrics and trends.

5. Performance Management:
– Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines and providing support to managers.
– Maintain performance appraisal records and track completion of evaluations.
– Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees.
– Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

6. Training and Development:
– Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees on various topics, such as compliance, safety, and professional development.
– Maintain training records and track employee participation in training activities.
– Assist in identifying training needs and developing training plans for employees and teams.
– Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.

7. Benefits Administration:
– Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
– Communicate information about employee benefits programs and policies.
– Process benefits-related paperwork and ensure accuracy of benefit deductions.
– Assist in conducting open enrollment periods and benefits education sessions.

8. HR Compliance:
– Stay informed about federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
– Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to employment, discrimination, and workplace safety.
– Assist in conducting audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
– Provide support in responding to government inquiries and audits.

9. Employee Engagement:
– Support initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale, such as employee recognition programs and events.
– Collect feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.
– Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
– Collaborate with managers and teams to address issues and improve employee satisfaction.

10. General HR Support:
– Assist in special projects and initiatives, such as HR policy updates or process improvements.
– Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
– Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by HR management.

DETAILS:
1. This is a full-time position.
2. This is a work-from-home job and you must already have a work-from-home setup.
3. The schedule is most likely dayshift but must be flexible to shift schedule.
4. The starting offer is Php26,000 plus Php4,000 non-taxable allowance per month.
