Job Description

We are currently looking for a Remote HR Generalist to undertake the following tasks:

Team Member Relations Responsibilities:
– Conducts regular “Catch up calls” with team members.
– Handles engagement-related inquiries from team members, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to management.
– Takes appropriate disciplinary action against team members who violate rules and regulations and addresses grievances.
– Attends and participates in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
– Generates official internal documents such as tracking files, documentations, presentations, and COE requests.
– Maintains essential tracking files like the HMO Database, TM Tracking, etc.
– Creates engagement plans and initiates activities.
– Handles ad hoc requests given by management.
– Monitors real-time attendance.

Workforce Responsibilities:
– Focuses on real-time attendance monitoring.
– Manages HubSpot tickets, a shared inbox that allows us to keep track of all requests in one place. Workforce/HR on duty does the following:
– Assignment of tickets.
– Answers any workforce-related inquiries.
– Sends end-of-day ticket report.
– Conducts daily Freshteam Employee Data Audit and prepares a report.
– Updates the Hubstaff activity level file that helps us know the team’s productivity.
– Updates the WorkSession file that gives us data on each team member’s time in and time out.
– Prepares the HR Presentation Deck.
– Reviews and scrubs the timesheet every Thursday. The team helps validate the hours and overtime.
– Approves the timesheet after the cutoff and marks them as paid so everyone’s leave accruals in Hubstaff will update.
– Performs the following in Hubstaff when someone leaves the company:
– Disables Hubstaff Tracking.
– Removes plotted schedules.
– Removes the profile from Hubstaff.
– Reviews the timesheet and activity in Hubstaff when someone leaves the company.
– Updates Hubstaff limits, schedules, and attendance file.
– Ensures Freshteam HC matches the HC in Hubstaff.
– Maintains a tracker that provides the total number and the names of TMs being offboarded and onboarded per business unit on a monthly basis.
– Oversees/maintains HR’s Catch-up Tracker. Ensures that the directory is updated, and all formulas are working.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
– Bachelor’s Degree graduate (Business or HR related).
– Ability to work flexible hours, including WEEKENDS. We will create rotating shifts.
– Reliable internet connection (and a backup connection if in an area where electricity outages, typhoons, etc., affect the connection).
– Strong work ethic and punctuality.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
– Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
– Good collaboration and interpersonal skills.
– Great attention to detail and quality assurance.
– Good to have: experience using WFM tools and Hubstaff, mastery in reports creation (MS Office, GSuite, VBA, Macro).

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Internet speed minimum 30mbps
-i5 8th Gen or higher
-Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
-Minimum of 8 GB RAM
-Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
-Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
-Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
