About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and energetic HR Hiring Manager to help us streamline our hiring process and enhance our team’s efficiency. As a pivotal member of the HR team, you’ll manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and provide impeccable communication between candidates and our founders. If you have proven HR experience, outstanding organizational skills, and can start right away, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Upload & Post: Write, refine, and upload job descriptions to various job boards.
– Organize & Manage: Document, organize, and manage incoming applications and ensure data entry is accurate.
– Schedule & Coordinate: Arrange interviews via Google Calendar (Google Meet) and ensure all participants are well-informed.
– Communication: Keep candidates updated with their application status and deliver clear decisions.
– Screen: Conduct initial screening interviews and ensure only the best candidates move forward in the hiring process.

– Tech-Savvy: Quick and proficient with spreadsheets and skilled at organizing data effectively.
– Confident & Engaging: Able to command a room, build rapport, and ask the right questions confidently.

Must-Have Requirements:
– Demonstrated success in a similar role managing hiring processes is mandatory.
– Advanced skills with spreadsheets and data management software, including Google Calendar.
– Impeccable ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of conveying information clearly to applicants, founders, and clients.
– Ability to handle tight deadlines and coordinate schedules seamlessly.
– Proven ability to conduct effective initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability quickly.

Compensation:
– This role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week based on workload.
