We are seeking a highly skilled HR Hiring Specialist with a proven track record of hiring top talent for various roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR hiring, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. As an HR Hiring Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates for multiple roles within our company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for multiple roles.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
Manage job postings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the necessary skills and experience required for each role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
Maintain and update recruitment data and metrics.
Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience as an HR Hiring Specialist or similar role.
Proven track record of hiring top talent for various roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
