HR Human Resource Manager

We’re looking to bring on a new team member to help us implement HR best-practices in our rapidly growing 200+ employee organization. Ideally this person will have strong knowledge of US HR policies and procedures and bring a wealth of knowledge from prior experience. This will be a full-time position and will be US EST hours 8am-5pm Mon-Friday.

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s human resources function. This includes managing the recruitment and hiring process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and managing employee benefits. The Human Resource Manager will also be responsible for handling employee relations issues and performance management. Additionally, the Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

[Key Responsibilities]

– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including employee handbooks
– Manage the recruitment and hiring process
– Manage employee benefits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
– Handle employee relations issues and performance management
– Develop and implement training programs for employees
– Ensure compliance with all relevant US employment laws and regulations
– Perform other HR-related duties as needed

[Qualifications]

– Strong knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
– 5+ years of experience in an HR role
– Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– SHRM, PHR or SPHR certification a plus
