We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR functions in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible work setting and is adept at building and optimizing processes for recruitment, onboarding, and overall HR management.

Must have perfect English. Open to part time or full time hires. Negotiable wage based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy: Lead the HR department, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth. Develop strategic HR plans and policies that align with overall business objectives.
Recruitment and Hiring: Enhance and oversee our recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring. Ensure we attract and retain top talent while maintaining our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Employee Onboarding: Design and implement a streamlined onboarding process to help new hires integrate effectively into the company culture and work processes.

AI Experience:
AI should be integrated into your workflow as much as possible.

HR Process Development:
Build out and refine HR processes to ensure they are efficient and scalable. This includes but is not limited to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws.

Team Management: Manage and mentor HR staff, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and high performance.

Remote Work Facilitation: Champion and facilitate a remote work culture that supports flexibility while maintaining high productivity and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in human resources with a proven track record in managing HR functions, particularly in recruitment and process development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with various digital communication tools to support a remote workforce.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a flexible and changing environment, with a strong emphasis on precision and timeliness.
