We are currently seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our human resources department, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Develop and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to improve HR operations and employee engagement.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management systems.
Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and manage budgets for HR operations.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including verifying hours worked, calculating wages, and processing payroll deductions.
Monitor employee attendance, ensuring that all employees are clocking in and out accurately and on time.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to HR management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees.
