We are looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead and manage the Human Resources team and be responsible for formulating and executing human resources strategies to ensure that the company has an efficient human resources management system.
Your main responsibilities include:
Develop and implement human resource management strategies and processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, benefits management, etc.
Lead and guide the human resources team to ensure that the team operates efficiently and achieves department goals.
Responsible for recruitment and selection to ensure attracting and retaining outstanding talents to meet business development needs.
Design and implement training and development programs to improve employee capabilities and performance.
Manage performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms to promote continuous development and motivation of employees.
Responsible for employee relationship management, handling employee complaints and disputes, and maintaining good employee relations.
Manage employee benefits and benefit plans to ensure the improvement and implementation of the employee benefit system.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, management or related majors.
At least 5 years of human resources management experience, including more than 3 years of team management experience.
Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and coach team members.
Familiar with human resources management processes and relevant laws and regulations, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with the team and other departments.
Have good data analysis and decision-making skills, and be able to formulate effective human resources strategies based on data.
Proficient in using office software and human resources management software, such as Excel, Word, personnel management systems, etc.
