Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our fast-paced e-commerce supplement brand, which operates across multiple platforms including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and our own Shopify website. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce, ensuring we hire the best of the best, and managing the full spectrum of HR functions to support our rapidly expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end hiring processes including:
— Job Descriptions Development
–Compensation Budgets
— Sourcing
— Screening
— Interview Scheduling
— Job offer development
— Orientation, Onboarding & Training Coordination
• Staff Relations: Serve as a point of contact for hire inquiries, resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment. Implement effective staff relations strategies.
• Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. Address any payroll-related queries or concerns.
•Performance Management: Develop and administer effective performance management systems. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity by rewarding top performers and delivering PIP’s or terminating to bottom performers
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance individuals’ skills and knowledge, aligning with our business objectives.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Stay updated with HR policies and trends to ensure legal compliance and best practices in both USA and Philippines
• HR Administration: Manage contractor records, Zoyava handbook, benefits administration, and leave policies. Maintain org chart, oversee the administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Culture and Engagement: Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. Implement initiatives to boost team engagement and satisfaction. Establish and nurture company mission, vision and values
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
