Job Description: As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation’s success by managing various aspects of human resources. From recruitment and employee relations to training and compliance, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and driving organisational growth. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about people and possesses the skills to lead our HR team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
Identify staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Select the right individuals to join our organisation.

Employee Relations:
Manage all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
Resolve conflicts and handle employee grievances.
Foster a supportive workplace culture.

Training and Development:
Assess training needs and design programs in collaboration with the Office Manager.
Create and review role-specific skills matrices.
Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and organisational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and manage salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages.
Attract and retain top talent through competitive compensation and benefits.

Compliance with Labor Laws:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labour laws and regulations.
Stay informed about relevant legislation and proactively address any compliance issues.

Performance Management:
Design and administer performance reviews and continuous performance management systems.
Foster employee accountability and facilitate career growth.

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of modern HR technology and its application in improving HR operations.

Salary: $10 – $12 AUD

Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 12pm AEST (20 hours per week) then will progress to a full-time schedule of 8am to 4pm AEST
