Your responsibilities extend from crafting precise job descriptions to managing seamless onboarding processes and building the HR framework for the agency.

???? Key Responsibilities:
* Search for and identify the best candidates for specific positions using tools like LinkedIn.
* Conduct thorough screening, skill assessments, and initial interviews to ensure candidate alignment with position requirements.
* Prepare all necessary hiring and onboarding documents.
* Implement efficient and effective onboarding procedures to integrate new hires into our dynamic environment.
* Develop and establish HR processes that support the agency’s growth and operational efficiency.

* At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably within a digital advertising or performance marketing agency.
* Proven track record of successful candidate placement in marketing roles.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
