HR Manager

Role Summary:

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals and help us attract, retain, and develop top talent. You will be a key player in building a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
– Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new employees.
– Manage performance evaluations and compensation reviews for employees.
– Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and HR data.

Expected Proficiencies:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the Philippines and US
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

– Time-to-fill
