Job Description

The HR Manager at Skayl Digital Agency will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the agency’s business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees’ talents.
• Recruitment and Onboarding
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
• Employee Relations and Engagement
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and grievances.
• Develop programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Performance Management
• Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues.
• Training and Development
• Identify training needs and oversee the development and implementation of training programs.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
• HR Metrics and Reporting
• Develop and track HR metrics to monitor and improve HR processes and outcomes.
• Prepare and present reports on HR activities to senior management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a digital or creative agency setting.

• Skills:

1. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to lead and develop HR staff.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Working Conditions

• This position is fully remote.
• Position is CONTRACTUAL (3 MONTHS) but with a possibility of extension
• Flexible working hours applicable with only 5-10PM Ph time as the fixed hours
• Reports directly to the Head of Operations
