HR Manager

Location: Remote (Australian hours with some overtime managing early US clients)

Ubique Digital Solutions is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing remote talented staff to clients from around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss job specifics and understand their staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit with our company culture.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Ability to work Australian hours with some overtime managing early US clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong background in recruitment and talent management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse team.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving organizational goals.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR activities.
Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software is a plus.
Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred.
