Position Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and management of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the hiring process for new employees from the Philippines and Latin America, implementing quality management to ensure efficient and productive work during shifts, maintaining accurate records of working hours for our expanding team, and ensuring that all employees are adequately trained and comply with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
– Lead the recruitment efforts for new employees, specifically targeting talent from the Philippines and Latin America.
– Coordinate interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with department heads to make informed hiring decisions.
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
2. Quality Management:
– Monitor employee performance during shifts to uphold quality standards and productivity.
– Implement measures to address any issues affecting employee performance promptly.
– Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
3. Timekeeping and Attendance:
– Maintain accurate records of working hours for all team members.
– Address any discrepancies or issues related to attendance and timekeeping.
– Generate reports and summaries as needed for management.
4. Training and Contract Management:
– Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
– Oversee the administration of contracts, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
– Keep track of training certifications and document employee progress.
5. HR Administration:
– Handle day-to-day HR tasks, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
– Update and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
– Familiarity with hiring processes for international candidates, particularly from the Philippines and Latin America.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines and Latin America is a plus.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
– Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
