Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring the selection of top talent that aligns with our company values and vision.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and design job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Drive the development and implementation of training and development programs to support employees’ growth and skill enhancement.
Manage and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose creative solutions to enhance the overall employee experience.
Champion diversity and inclusion efforts to create a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Plan and execute company-wide events and activities that promote a positive and fun work culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in our HR Management platform Calamari, Slack and Google Suite.
