Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization.
2. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, from recruitment to their integration into operational teams.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
4. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
5. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee retention and engagement.
6. Administer and manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance and support to managers.
7. Ensure adherence to company standards and policies, taking a proactive approach to address any deviations or non-compliance.
8. Analyze HR metrics and data to drive informed decision-making and continuously improve HR processes.
9. Initiate and oversee disciplinary actions when necessary, following established protocols and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
10. Communicate effectively with the C-Levels to ensure proper processes and get accurate feedbacks
11. Set up contracts for every new hire and partnerships.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 3-5 years in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and onboarding processes.
3. Excellent knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
6. Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
8. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make tough decisions when necessary, while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
9. Demonstrated commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
