HR Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

True Footage is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our US and Philippine (PH) People Operations team to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure workflows are being conducted smoothly and efficiently. This person will problem solve, take initiative, and serve as a key leader for other People Operations team members.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Support HR operations, setting daily workflows, and helping to define strategy/task delegation
Support new employee assignments by conducting training and orientation of new employees
Manage and oversee backend processes (recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, etc.)
Monitor company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and databases (Click to view, TriNet, Greenhouse, etc.)
Address company questions via various sources (Slack, delegated email, form submissions, etc.) and move to escalation as needed
Stay aligned with Finance and Payroll as employee needs arise
Guide employees through policy and practice implementation
Evaluate key HR metrics for monitoring performance
Assess employee benefit programs and keep employees informed of changes
Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
Integrate and partner with People Operations colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and People Operations Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
As needed, support, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues
Anticipate workforce issues and be proactive in developing plans to ensure effective workforce continuity
Analyze trends and metrics on employee engagement and satisfaction
Leverage data to partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase performance, and improve retention
Lead and participate in equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
Assist with other People Operations-related projects as assigned

YOU BRING
Strong understanding of PH Contractor Law and Compliance
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
Experience working in fast-paced environments, actively partnering with business leaders reflecting a high degree of executive engagement and influence
The ability to establish trusting relationships that improve your ability to drive results through individuals that you do not directly supervise
Some project management and change management experience
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
A high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy for the environments you work in
Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment to drive growth
Experience analyzing data to identify insights that drive action across client groups
