Responsibilities
-Spearhead the entire recruitment process – from finding gems to ensuring they shine in our team.
-Craft and refine onboarding/offboarding experiences that leave lasting impressions.
-Handle pay runs with precision, ensuring everyone’s compensated timely and fairly.
-Be the go-to person for all HR-related queries, bringing clarity and confidence to the team.
-Design and implement HR processes that are as smooth as your last flight.
-Manage and protect our most precious data – our employees’.

Experience and Qualifications
-At least 5 years of HR experience, with a backpack full of knowledge on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
