HR Manager with 3 years+ E-commerce and/or D2C experience
Fast growing and award-winning British luxury brand is seeking a HR Manager with significant e-commerce / D2C experience. We are looking for someone with proven experience of hiring roles for a brand selling on Amazon and/or D2C via its website.
Infinity Brands Limited is the owner of the Scriveiner London pen brand. In 2023, the company won a host of awards, including being ranked 30th in the Sunday Times list of fastest growing privately owned companies in the UK, as well as winning the UK’s most prestigious business award, the King’s Award for Enterprise.
As well as being available on multiple online channels, Scriveiner pens are also available in more than 900 Office Depot stores in the USA, where we outsell the biggest pen brands in the world by more than 2:1.
We are looking for a senior HR Manager to join our team. You will report directly to the company founders. You will be a key player in building the team we need to achieve our growth ambitions. The company has a fast-paced, start-up culture. We want someone who can embrace this culture whilst helping to improve our systems and procedures. You will have at least a university degree-level qualification.

The key responsibilities of the role
· Developing KPIs for roles
· Managing direct recruitment (not using external agencies) of local and remote, senior and junior, in house and contractual positions
· Structuring pre-boarding, onboarding, training
· Evaluating performance in accordance with KPIs
· Help with company culture development
· Organise annual retreat
· Maintain compliance with UK and other countries’ employment law
· Strengthen retention and employee development programs
· Advise on salary, benefits and bonuses

The role is remote. You will need to be able to work UK business hours. We offer considerable flexibility in working hours.
You will have:
· Experience in HR within either a fast growing $10M+ revenue ecommerce brand or in an aggregator-type business
· Experience of recruiting senior Amazon sales platform or D2C ecommerce roles
· Experience of recruiting remote and local roles
· Experience of recruiting employees and contractors
· A positive outlook and you will bring energy to the business
· Your nature will be to offer solutions and remove problems
