Position: Virtual HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:

– **Talent Acquisition:** Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained.
– **Policy Development:** Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and reflect our company values. –
**Performance Management:** Implement performance review processes and provide support to managers in conducting evaluations and developing improvement plans. –
**Training and Development:** Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
– **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
– **HR Analytics:** Utilize HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR strategies and practices.

Qualifications:

– **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the recruitment or the construction, retail, hospitality, or health industries.
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– **Skills:**
– Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in HR software and virtual communication tools.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. – Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
