Job Description

We provide Amazon seller account and advertising management to businesses that sell on Amazon.

We’re based in Australia but have a fully remote team. You must be available to work during Sydney hours (approx 10am-3pm Sydney time).

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the agency’s continued growth and success by effectively managing our human resources, overseeing projects, and contributing to financial planning. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition and Management:

– Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the Philippines for various roles within the agency.
– Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make informed hiring decisions in collaboration with the owner/manager
– Create and manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the team.
– Implement performance management systems, providing feedback, coaching, and mentorship to enhance employee development.

Project Oversight:

– Collaborate with project teams to establish clear project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
– Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and work with team members to resolve issues.
– Ensure projects are executed in alignment with client expectations and agency standards.

Financial Planning (not essential, but a plus if you can help in this area)

– Contribute to the development of the agency’s financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
– Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring adherence to financial goals.
– Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations to support agency growth.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.
– Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully overseeing complex projects.
– Solid understanding of financial concepts and the ability to contribute to financial planning discussions.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
– In-depth knowledge of Amazon seller account management is a significant advantage.

This will begin as a part-time role at approximately 20 hours per week, however, for the right candidate can develop into a full-time role.
