Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Recruitment and Staffing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection, interviews, and employment offers.

Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and conflicts, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Performance Management
Oversee performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to both employees and managers.

HR Policies and Compliance
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Training and Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs, including workshops and seminars.

Payroll and Compensation
Oversee payroll processing and conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.

HR Data and Reporting
Maintain accurate HR records and databases.

Legal and Ethical Compliance
